Doug Pesnell

Dr. Doug Pesnell comes to us from Natchitoches Louisiana where he was the sole doctor and owner of his own practice. His career path has spanned the country from Idaho and Oregon all the way down to Louisiana. Dr. Doug as he is affectionately called attended Texas A&M where he double majored in Zoology and Genetics. He went on to complete his veterinary education at LSU’s School of Veterinary Medicine jumpstarting his almost three-decade career as a mixed practice doctor. Through the years, you could find him near and far, from a dairy farm helping a calving cow to his clinic in Natchitoches caring for cats and dogs. We are excited and thankful he has decided to call Hot Springs and Countryside home
